A short account of what happens to your meetings in AgendaStack, and what this website collects.
This website
This website doesn’t use cookies, analytics or trackers, and loads no scripts from other sites. Desktop installers are downloaded from downloads.agendastack.com.
Meeting recordings
When you record a meeting, its audio is uploaded while you record and stored in your workspace’s object storage. Recording starts only after the person recording confirms that everyone in the meeting knows it’s being recorded.
Transcripts
To make the live and final transcripts, the meeting audio is sent to the transcription provider configured for the AgendaStack server. The transcripts are stored with the meeting.
AI notes and answers
To write notes and draft action items, and to answer questions about your meetings, transcripts are sent to the AI model configured for the server. Answers only draw on meetings you can open. Meeting search by meaning uses the embedding model configured for the server.
Who can open a meeting
- Meetings are private by default: only the person who recorded it and the participants can open it.
- Workspace owners can open every recorded meeting.
- If a meeting is shared with the workspace, everyone who can see its project can open it.
- Deleting a meeting removes its recording, transcript and notes for everyone.
Self-hosted servers
On a server you run yourself, you choose the object storage, the transcription provider and the AI model. Meeting data stays on your infrastructure, apart from what is sent to the providers you configure.
